Plain English: we keep what we need to run the shop’s app, and nothing gets sold to anybody.

What we keep

Your phone number and/or email (to sign you in and reach you), your first and last name, your hometown if you pick one, your orders, game scores, rewards, and anything you post to the Party Line.

Who sees what

Leaderboards and Party Line posts show your first name, last initial, and town. You can hide yourself from leaderboards in your account. Shop staff can see your account to help with orders and rewards. Orders and orders are placed on Toast, the shop’s register system. When an online order uses the same phone number or email as your Nauburn account, we read it back from Toast so you can see its status and history here. We don’t keep orders from people without an account.

Texts

We text sign-in codes when you ask for one. If you opt in, we also text when your name’s on the board, when you win a game, and when an order is ready: a few messages a month at most. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out of texts never affects your account or rewards.

Deleting your account

Ask us at the counter or call (715) 237-2555 and we’ll delete it, along with your scores and rewards.
